Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing opportunities, building customer relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. This role includes creating and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and engaging with clients to promote our innovative energy and water efficiency solutions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans
- Experience working in the energy, HVAC, or industrial sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Ahmedabad and manage relationships with clients locally
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
