Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Chandigarh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and overseeing the sales team. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and creating sales strategies to support business growth and profitability.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and client relationship management skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Experience in real estate or property sales is preferred
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and execute them effectively
  • Proficiency in market research and understanding of the property market
  • Leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the sales team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Experience working in Chandigarh or familiarity with the region's real estate market is advantageous
