Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager (E-Books) based in Chandigarh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with institutions, digital libraries and distribution partners, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include monitoring market trends, leading sales teams, achieving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and tailored solutions. The role also includes preparing sales reports, representing the company at industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales goals with the organization's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of E-Pubublication ecosystem.
  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Revenue Generation
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Relationship Building
  • Strong skills in Market Analysis and Trend Identification
  • Leadership, Team Management, and Collaboration abilities
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Relevant experience in the publishing industry or related sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Passion for the publishing industry and a results-driven mindset
