Job Description

Our ideal candidate will, at minimum, be a consultative seller–conversant in customer loyalty strategies and solutions and plugged into the loyalty marketplace. The candidate will be capable of engaging senior to C-suite client stakeholders across a broad range of industries. Particular attention will be paid to candidates with experience in Retail, Travel, Hospitality, Restaurants, Automotive and Manufacturing/CPG.

Job Description:

  • Own and achieve quarterly and annual revenue & pipeline targets for pan India Sales
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partner channels and inbound leads.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer business challenges and position solutions effectively.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead qualification through contract closure.
  • Develop account plans for strategic prospects and key customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer objectives and aligning solutions to business outcomes.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years of experience in selling SAAS solutions to mid- large enterprises.
  • Proven record of driving results in a goal oriented, highly accountable, sales environment
  • Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder and complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • MBA from a reputed institution.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions in areas such as CRM & Loyalty space is a plus
  • Base Location - Bangalore
