The RoleThis is a new business, revenue-generating role focused on building pipeline and closing deals.
You will operate in a high-autonomy, high-impact environment, working directly with leadership to drive growth across UK and international markets.
This is not an account management role.
This is a hunter role.
What You'll Be SellingYou will sell outcome-led solutions, including:
- Business connectivity (DIA, broadband, global WAN)
- Multi-site and international network solutions
- Voice solutions (SIP, hosted voice, global calling)
- Fully managed connectivity and communication solutions
You are not expected to design technical solutions — internal teams will support delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage your own pipeline from scratch
- Identify and win new business across SME, mid-market, and enterprise segments
- Own the full sales cycle (prospecting → closing)
- Engage with decision-makers across IT, operations, and leadership teams
- Position solutions around:
- Cost optimisation
- Scalability
- Reliability and SLA improvement
- Vendor consolidation
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape and deliver solutions
- Develop channel and partner opportunities where relevant
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy and market positioning
What We're Looking ForWe prioritise sales capability over industry background.
You may come from:
- Telecom / Connectivity / ISP
- MSP / Managed Services
- UCaaS / VoIP
- IT Services / Cloud
- SaaS (with strong outbound/new business experience)
Required Experience- 2–8 years in B2B sales (new business focus)
- Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing deals
- Comfortable operating in a fully remote, self-managed environment
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to sell value (not just products)
- Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
Nice to Have (Not Essential)- Experience selling connectivity, voice, or IT services
- Existing network of business customers
- Exposure to UK or international markets
- Familiarity with telecom or cloud terminology
