Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and international marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in identifying, engaging, and converting potential IT clients, preferably in the EMEA or APAC Region.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential business leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and market research.
- B2B Sales & Prospecting: Engage with decision-makers, build relationships, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- International Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored for global markets, focusing on brand positioning and outreach.
- Client Engagement: Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and handle initial negotiations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in international markets.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain an updated lead database, track pipeline progress, and provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and enhance business growth.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven Experience: 2-3 years in business development, with a focus on B2B sales and international markets.
- Lead Generation Expertise: Strong experience in prospecting, cold outreach, and networking.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Digital & Social Selling: Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM platforms.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Negotiation & Closing: Experience in handling B2B sales cycles and closing deals.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
