Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our US logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or sales, with a proven track record of acquiring and managing US-based clients during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in the US market (Freight/Logistics).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with US clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in logistics or any other International Sales Industry.
- Experience handling US clients is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in US shift (night shift IST).
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
