Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and strategizing to meet sales targets. Daily tasks include leading and motivating a sales team, designing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and communicating directly with clients to close deals. Additionally, the role will require collaboration with other teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and sales analytics
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms and sales tools to track leads and pipeline management
  • Exceptional Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
  • Experience in working with IT services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset
