Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process from initiation to closure, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, leading and managing a sales team, preparing detailed sales strategies, and responding to client inquiries. The role also involves maintaining records of sales activities and providing reports on market trends and competitor analysis.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Experience in team leadership, strategy development, and performance management
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of market analysis and business development
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in event management or a related field is advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite is beneficial
