Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Bhubaneswar, with flexibility to work from home on occasion. As a Sales Manager, you will develop and execute sales strategies, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets. You will manage client relationships, explore new business opportunities, and lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will provide insights, analyze market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction to strengthen customer loyalty. Additionally, you will mentor and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve their goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, with a focus on business development and client acquisition
  • Strong skills in market analysis, prospecting, and sales strategy development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to guide and inspire a sales team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with digital sales tools
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in IT services, consulting, or relevant technology domains is a significant advantage
