This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kochi for a Sales Manager. The role involves leading and managing sales initiatives, developing customer acquisition strategies, and sustaining long-term partnerships with clients. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, overseeing sales team productivity, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will collaborate with teams to achieve company sales targets and play a vital role in contributing to Benny's Royal Tours ongoing growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Analytical and creative skills in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Business Development
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reporting
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience in the travel and tourism industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English, with knowledge of other languages being advantageous
  • Ability to work on-site in Kochi and travel as needed for business development and client meetings
