Job Opportunity: Sales Manager Bancassurance
Location: Chennai | Coimbatore
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Insurance / BFSI Sales
Mandatory: Two-wheeler required
Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive insurance sales through assigned partner bank branches.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff.
- Generate quality leads from bank customers.
- Meet customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance process.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1 year experience in any Insurance company (Life/General/Health).
- Experience in BFSI sales preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid license.
