Cluster Manager/ Bancassurance Life Insurance sales

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through a team in the Bancassurance channel.
• Lead, manage, and support a team of Relationship Managers or Sales Managers to achieve business targets.
• Ensure strong coordination with bank branches and partners to drive sales.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing training, mentoring, and motivation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Required Candidate Profile

• Team handling experience is mandatory.
• Must have 45 years of experience in the Bancassurance channel with a strong track record in the insurance industry.
• Team handling experience in Bancassurance, Direct, or Alternate Channels will be considered.
• Should have a stable career history and proven success in insurance sales.
• Only candidates from the insurance background will be considered.
