Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based out of Pratapgarh, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance consultants, driving sales for Bajaj Life products, and ensuring business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities, meeting designated sales targets, and mentoring the team for peak performance. Coordination with stakeholders and strategic partners to maximize distribution channel effectiveness will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong strategic planning and market analysis abilities to identify opportunities and develop actionable business strategies.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and building long-term partnerships.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms and tools for sales reporting and monitoring is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid work environment with the ability to adapt to dynamic business needs.
