Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Baroda. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, driving sales growth, and maintaining customer relations. Key responsibilities include executing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, leading a sales team to success, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will create reports on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance to contribute to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Sales expertise, client relationship management, and the ability to meet targets effectively
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of financial products such as home loans, property loans, and working capital loans for businesses
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to utilize market insights for strategy development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
  • Prior experience in the financial services or banking industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment
