Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kota for a Sales Manager at Bajaj General Insurance. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales teams to achieve organizational goals and sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with key clients, and monitoring market trends. The role also involves mentoring and training the sales team, preparing performance reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification or MBA is preferred.
• Experience in the general insurance sector or financial services industry is a plus.
