Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading both inside and field sales associates, developing data-driven strategies, and fostering customer success to achieve ambitious business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Charge: Lead and motivate a blended team of inside and field

sales associates to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Master of Strategy: Develop data-driven lead generation strategies to

expand the client base and fuel the sales pipeline.

Coach & Cultivate: Build a high-performing team through effective

recruitment, coaching, and performance management.

Data Driver: Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to identify

opportunities for improvement and optimize team performance.

Champion of Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction through

exceptional follow-up and collaboration with the sales team.

Bridge Builder: Foster strong relationships across departments to align

sales with overall business objectives.

Product Whisperer: Translate customer insights into product/service

enhancements for sustainable growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Experience managing and motivating both inside and field sales teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages is required.
  • MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
