Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Sector 61, Noida, India, for a Sales Manager. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and managing a team of sales representatives. The Sales Manager will analyze market trends, present products to prospective customers, prepare sales reports, and work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and achieving business targets
- Knowledge of specialty chemicals, industrial manufacturing, or security solutions is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
- Leadership and management skills for leading and motivating a team
- Proficiency in relevant business software and tools, including CRM systems
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
