Unlimitr is building a trusted health benefits ecosystem that connects consumers with verified partners such as chemists, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, gyms, and wellness brands. We help healthcare businesses grow through increased visibility, repeat customers, and new revenue opportunities.

As we scale city by city, we are looking for a strong Sales Manager from a pharma or medical background who understands the ecosystem and can build a high-performing field sales team.

Role Overview

This is a leadership role focused on driving B2B partnerships in the healthcare space. You will lead city-level sales execution, onboard medical partners, and build your own field sales team to scale operations quickly.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked with pharma companies, distributors, or medical sales teams and is ready to own a city or territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive partnerships with chemists, pharmacies, and other medical partners
  • Lead field-level sales execution and closures
  • Build, hire, and manage your own team of field sales executives after joining
  • Train the team on pitch, onboarding, and activation
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team
  • Monitor field performance and ensure productivity
  • Maintain strong relationships with key medical partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support

  • Customer footfall and repeat business for medical stores
  • Additional revenue through Unlimitr's health benefits platform
  • Marketing visibility within the Unlimitr ecosystem

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in pharma, medical, or healthcare sales
  • Strong network with chemists, pharmacies, or medical distributors
  • Proven experience managing field sales teams
  • Ability to bring or build a ready team within a short period
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and execution skills
  • Comfortable with field work and target ownership
