TeeOff Technologies builds CPaaS and AI-powered communication products — Voice APIs, AI Agents, IVR, SMS, WhatsApp Business solutions — for enterprises across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. We have the tech. We need someone who can take it to market and close deals.

The Role — Straight Up

You'll own B2B and enterprise sales end-to-end. Not just lead generation, not just demos — the full cycle from prospecting to signed contract. We're selling communication APIs and AI-powered solutions to enterprises and telcos. If you've sold SaaS, CPaaS, or cloud communication products before and you know how to navigate enterprise procurement, this role is built for you. This is a build-from-ground-up opportunity — you'll shape how we sell, who we sell to, and how we grow.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Build and manage the B2B sales pipeline — outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, events, partnerships
  • Own the entire sales cycle — discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
  • Build relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams
  • Understand client pain points and map them to our products — Voice APIs, IVR, AI Agents, WhatsApp Business
  • Hit and exceed revenue targets — forecast accurately, maintain CRM discipline (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Feed market intelligence back to Product and Marketing — what clients want, what competitors are doing
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering for smooth client onboarding and integration
  • As the team grows, help hire and mentor junior sales professionals and SDRs

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years in B2B sales — at least 2 years selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Experience selling technology products — SaaS, CPaaS, Cloud Communication, Telecom APIs
  • Proven track record of closing deals — not just pipeline, but actual revenue
  • Consultative selling approach — strong understanding of frameworks like MEDDPICC/BANT
  • CRM discipline — experience with HubSpot or Salesforce, with accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Currently Hot in Market — Bonus If You Know

  • AI-powered products — conversational AI, voice bots, LLM-based enterprise solutions
  • CPaaS landscape — familiarity with platforms such as Twilio, Vonage, Infobip, Gupshup
  • Experience in Africa, Middle East, or South Asia markets
  • Channel and partner sales models — resellers, system integrators, telco partnerships
  • PLG + Sales hybrid models
  • Industry expertise in BFSI, BPO, Telecom, or Healthcare
