Job Title: Demand Generation Executive

Department: Sales

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift Timings: 5:30pm - 2:00am

About the Role

We are looking for a Demand Generation professional to drive qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and capable of managing multi-channel campaigns to generate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, social media, webinars, events, paid ads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target audience segments and create personalized outreach strategies.
  • Manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with content, design, and digital teams to develop compelling marketing assets.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and high-value lead targeting.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and event organizers for campaign execution.
  • Maintain and update CRM/marketing automation tools with accurate lead and campaign data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–9 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or lead generation (SaaS/IT industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign analytics.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
