Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Thane. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves leading a team to achieve performance goals, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining a strong presence in the energy solutions marketplace.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
  • Strong Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of energy solutions and battery technologies is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
  • Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor team members
  • Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and meet sales targets
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
