Sales Manager Inside Sales (Real Estate | Auramah Valley)

Location: Delhi Office-based (as applicable)

highly personalized. We do not believe in aggressive calling we believe in building trust

and guiding clients through the entire buying journey.

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced, high-quality Sales Managers (Inside Sales) to join our

Auramah Valley Sales Team.

This role goes far beyond traditional tele calling.

As a Sales Manager, you will be the primary relationship owner for assigned clients from

the first conversation to deal closure and post-sale documentation coordination. You will be

responsible for understanding client intent, building genuine connections, personalizing

conversations, and ensuring a smooth and premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Handle inbound and assigned leads with exceptional politeness, clarity, and

confidence

Build strong emotional connect and trust with clients through meaningful,

personalized conversations

Understand client needs, timelines, investment intent, and lifestyle preferences

Act as a single point of contact for the client throughout the sales journey

Sales Process & Closures

Qualify leads effectively and move them through the sales funnel Diligently follow up with clients and the clients must be called with in 48 hours of

receiving the lead.

Coordinate closely with senior leadership (Director/Chairman) for serious prospects

Schedule and manage site visits (only applicable for Shimla unit) (physical and virtual,

including NRI clients)

Support negotiations and assist in deal closures in coordination with leadership

Post Closure Client Coordination-Closure Client Coordination

Continue coordinating with clients even after deal closure

Assist and follow up with clients until all documentation and formalities are

completed

Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process

Communication & Professionalism

Maintain high standards of spoken English and Hindi

Communicate in a calm, respectful, and polished manner at all times

Use WhatsApp, calls, and follow-ups professionally and responsibly

Maintain accurate client records and update lead status regularly

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have-Have

25 years of experience in real estate inside sales / luxury sales / relationship-based

sales

Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)

Proven ability to build rapport and personalize conversations

Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset-up discipline and ownership

mindset

High emotional intelligence and client-handling maturity

Preferred

Experience handling high-value clients or premium/luxury products

Background in real estate, hospitality, or relationship management roles Comfort working closely with senior management and founders
