Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Chennai location. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the audio-video industry. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, driving sales processes, and analyzing market trends to provide insights and recommendations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven sales expertise in business development, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the AV or related technology industry
• Knowledge of audio-video technologies, product trends, and competitive landscapes in the industry
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying opportunities and optimizing sales strategies
• Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and MS Office for tracking sales progress and generating reports
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach to work responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
• Prior experience in the Indian AV industry or a related field is a strong advantage
