Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and contacting potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, participating in product presentations, preparing reports on sales activities, and collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to enhance sales processes.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Revenue Growth
  • Excellent communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management abilities
  • Understanding of SaaS solutions, Agile software development, and AI-powered platforms
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Previous experience in SaaS, IT, or cloud-based solutions sales is highly desirable
  • Ability to adapt in dynamic work environments and perform target-driven roles
