Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager to join our team on-site in Chennai. The Area Sales Manager will oversee the business development activities in the designated region, drive revenue growth, and manage relationships with existing and potential clients. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, preparing detailed sales reports, and leading a team to meet organizational goals. Collaborating with various internal teams is also a key aspect of this role to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Strategy Development and Revenue Growth
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Customer Needs Assessment
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Strong Analytical Thinking and Data-Driven Decision-Making skills
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related technologies is an advantage
  • Prior experience in financial services or a related industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
