We deliver lighting solutions for some of India's most ambitious developments — façade, landscape, and architectural lighting for leading developers, airports, and landmark projects. We're expanding our regional sales presence and looking for a Sales Manager to own and grow our lighting business in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Drive lighting sales across developers, architects, lighting designers, and PMC/consultant channels in the region
• Build and convert a pipeline of façade, landscape, and architectural lighting projects
• Work closely with specifiers to get our solutions designed into projects early
• Own the full cycle — from specification and proposal to closure and handover to execution
• Represent Argos Arkaya as the face of our lighting division in the region

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in B2B / project sales, ideally in lighting, electrical, building materials, or allied building products
• Strong existing relationships with developers, architects, or lighting consultants in the region
• A specification-led seller who understands how projects get won early, not just on price
• Comfortable at site, with consultants, and in the boardroom
• Based in Mumbai
