ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand company's goals and objective and then develop and implement sales strategies
- Actively manage cold calls and generate leads, meet end-clients, architects, PMCs constantly engaging with clients
- Be the first face and a key point of contact for the client
- Accountable for all product presentations and proposals to the client, product demonstrations
- Interacting with client on any post-sales product/service-related issues and ensure timely resolution of the same
- Deliver on individual annual sales targets and support other teams in together achieving the company's annual sales target
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- MBA or Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical)
- Minimum 4-10 years of Sales/ Business Development experience
- Experienced in Building material Industry
- Experience in LED Lighting Industry would be preferred
- Technically strong and someone who is inquisitive about the product he/she is selling
- Should have good communication skills
- Should be proficient in English (speak/read/write) & speak Hindi
- Integrity to his/her profession would be a key virtue
- Techno savvy proficient in MS Office
- Must own their own vehicle and have a valid DL
