Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager( real estate) in Delhi, India.

Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting market research, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include cold calling, email campaigns, coordinating with the sales team, and preparing sales pitches and presentations.

also include managing client relationships, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and providing training and support to the sales team. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with preparing sales reports and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Client relationship management and ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in market research and sales reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
