Key duties include developing sales strategies, identifying new markets (domestic/export), managing key accounts, coordinating with production, analyzing trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective product offerings and timely delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals, manage key accounts, and expand customer base.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with clients, distributors, and agents, understanding their needs for cotton, polyester, blends, etc..Market Analysis: Monitor yarn market trends, competitor activities, and buyer patterns to inform sales and product alignment.Coordination: Liaise with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order execution and delivery.Reporting: Provide sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to management.Product Knowledge: Offer solutions and spot costing, leveraging deep knowledge of yarn types, finishes, and applications. Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Proven sales success in textile/yarn marketing, domestic and/or international.Knowledge: In-depth understanding of yarn types (cotton, poly, blends, specialty) and textile market trends.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.Attributes: Well-spoken, presented, organized, and willing to travel extensively.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is often preferred.
