Role Summary B2B OEM Sales Manager
Drive utilisation of manufacturing capacity by building a dealer network for OEM/white-label furniture.
Own dealer acquisition, onboarding, order generation, payments, and factory coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Map markets, generate leads, and onboard dealers
Negotiate MOQs, payments & display terms
Activate demand through promotions and drive repeat orders
Ensure >95% collections, reconcile accounts
Coordinate forecasts, dispatch, samples & documentation
Publish dealer updates and weekly dashboards
Requirements:
812 yrs B2B/channel sales in furniture
Proven success in opening dealers & driving repeat business
Strong negotiation, relationship-building & credit management
Travel 1520 days/month; multilingual preferred
Dealer network (North/Central India) & OEM experience is a plus
Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A)

However, individual services can be availed without such restriction of number of employees.
