Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and revenue growth in the Ocean Freight (FCL) segment
Identify and engage prospective clients in international markets
Manage and grow business volumes (target: 1416 TEUs per week)
Ensure product profitability and compliance with internal pricing strategies
Maintain accurate customer data, weekly reports, and sales forecasts
Build strong relationships with ocean carriers, co-loaders, and other partners
Achieve gross profit (GP) and volume targets aligned with business plans
Provide regular market intelligence and insights to support strategy
What We're Looking For:
35 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding, preferably ocean
Strong understanding of US trade lanes and international market dynamics
Proven track record of handling 1416 TEUs weekly
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Goal-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
Experience in building and executing sales strategies.
