Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Jind. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the region, drive business growth, and meet sales objectives. The role involves managing and mentoring a sales team, building and maintaining relationships with retail partners and farmers, conducting market analysis, and designing sales strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve organizational goals is a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability in formulating and executing sales strategies
  • Proficiency in building and sustaining business relationships
  • Data analysis, budgeting, and performance monitoring expertise
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Experience in the agri-business or FMCG sector is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, or related fields
