Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with the team to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying new clients, managing existing customer relationships, leading negotiations, tracking market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports and representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other software for sales management and reporting.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate the sales team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
  • Experience in the renewable energy or cleantech sector is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
