Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Manager role based in Surat, with a mix of on-site and remote work flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving loan product sales, and achieving business targets. The role involves analyzing client financial profiles, recommending tailored loan solutions, collaborating with financial institutions, and guiding clients through the end-to-end borrowing process. Additionally, the Sales Manager will lead, motivate, and monitor a sales team to ensure optimal performance.
