This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Managing the Sales Team from end to end sales cycle including processing / calling Leads generated for admissions at 21K School for various programmes offered in India and abroad.
- Motivate team to proactively follow-up with leads and ensure effective, timely handling of all queries
- Ensure Sales Team has the expertise in product information for effective sales call with Parents
- Update CRM promptly and prepare reports regularly as required from time to time
- Coordinate with other Sale Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Speak to customers and understand their paint points, sales efficientcy and marketing communication needs
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience managing a team of more than 10 executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language
- Persuasive, Responsive and Proactive in working
- Willing to work from home with own laptop, mobile and hi-speed internet
- Stability in work history and commitment to work long time
- Must be able to join immediately or at a short notice
