Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to own and grow strategic enterprise accounts. This role focuses on closing high-value, consultative deals ($100K+), engaging with CXOs and senior decision-makers, and working cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric, enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Growth & Revenue
- Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise accounts while expanding existing strategic relationships.
- Drive predictable revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
Strategic Deal Ownership
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end using a consultative, solution-selling approach.
- Structure and close high-value enterprise deals ($100K+).
Executive Engagement
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with CXOs and senior leaders.
- Position the organization as a long-term innovation and transformation partner.
Customer & Market Insights
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure successful deal execution and customer adoption.
- Support smooth handovers from sales to delivery and success teams.
Brand Representation
- Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and executive briefings.
- Strengthen brand presence and credibility within the enterprise ecosystem.
Mandatory Requirements
- BFSI Enterprise Sales Experience (Non-negotiable):
- Proven experience selling to banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, or fintechs.
- B2B SaaS Sales Background:
- Must have experience in enterprise SaaS / software sales only.
- (B2C or purely transactional sales profiles will not be considered.)
- Demonstrated Quota Achievement:
- Clear, measurable quota ownership and achievement history is required.
- Location Compatibility:
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai, Bangalore/Chennai, or Gurgaon, or be open to relocation.
- Strong Communication Skills:
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills for CXO-level engagements.
- Domestic Market Expertise:
- Deep understanding of the Indian enterprise/BFSI market, including customer behavior and sales dynamics.
