Job Description

Role: B2B Warehousing Sales (Solution-Oriented) within the Logistics Industry

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Warehousing Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding warehousing service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within logistics or supply chain, with proven experience in selling warehousing and storage solutions

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for warehousing services (B2B)
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, industry events, and digital channels
  • Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and service agreements for clients
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand warehousing needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the operations and solutions teams to design warehousing strategies for prospective clients
  • Maintain an active pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize deal closure rate

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Act as a single point of contact for warehousing customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to ensure service alignment and explore upselling opportunities

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
  • Provide input to management on pricing, product development, and market positioning
  • Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for new warehousing services or locations

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 48 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain services
  • Strong understanding of warehousing operations, pricing structures, and customer pain points
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint), should have the knowledge about Warehousing Management System
  • (WMS)Willingness to travel as required for client visits and business develo
