Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Suite G-02, H-143, H Block, Sector 63, Noida (Near Ananda, beside ACR Service center)

Job Type: Full-Time

Office Timing - 4:30pm - 1:30am

Reports to: Business Development Manager

Salary - Up to 40k - Depending on experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify growth opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a strong understanding of our market and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align business goals and strategies.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Maintain CRM records and track all interactions, leads, and opportunities accurately.

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and expand the network.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (entry-level applicants may be considered based on potential).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in lead generation.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Compensation and Benefits:
