Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Internship role based in Gurugram. The intern will engage in prospecting potential clients, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, identifying sales opportunities, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. The role also includes collaborating with the team to enhance the customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
• Basic Sales and Sales Management skills to identify opportunities and contribute to achieving targets
• Training capabilities to assist in and learn the processes of the sales department
• A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Interest in learning about the influencer and creative marketing industry
