Job Description

Title: Telecaller – Real Estate Sales

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 0-3 years (real estate experience preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Telecaller to support our real estate sales team. The role involves generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and scheduling site visits through effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases/leads
  • Handle inbound inquiries from digital campaigns, property portals, and references
  • Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and key USPs to clients
  • Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and buying intent
  • Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up with interested prospects to drive conversions
  • Coordinate with sales managers to support deal closures

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-3 years (real estate experience preferred)
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline
  • Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken)
  • Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, or Google Sheets
  • Location Preference: Candidates based in Gurugram/Delhi NCR preferred
