Job Description

The Role :

- You'll be on the frontlines of ASCEND's growth, reaching out to colleges that need placement support and companies that need talent. This is a cold outreach, relationship-building, and deal-closing role. Not a shadow-and-observe internship. You'll own your pipeline

What You'll Do :

- Identify and reach out to target colleges (placement cells, CDC heads, directors) via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Pitch ASCEND's model to hiring firms, startups, and small-cap companies looking for entry-level talent
- Follow up consistently and move leads through the pipeline
- Coordinate with the internal team once a lead converts
- Maintain a clean record of outreach activity and status updates
- Share ground-level feedback on objections, patterns, and what's working

You're a fit if :

- You can write a cold email that actually gets a reply
- You don't need to be told to follow up
- You're comfortable talking to people you've never met, over call or in person
- You treat rejection as data, not a setback
- You're organized enough to manage 20+ leads without dropping the ball
