About Verizol

Verizol is a B2B data intelligence platform that helps CA firms, agencies, NBFCs, and businesses find newly registered companies in India — the same day they incorporate — complete with director contact details. We are a fast-growing startup based in Hyderabad, building India's most comprehensive new-company intelligence platform.

About This Internship

This is not a make tea and observe internship. From Week 1, you will be making real sales calls, talking to real CA firms and business owners, and contributing to actual revenue. If you want to learn how B2B sales actually works — not from a textbook, but on live calls — this is for you.

By the end of 3 months, you will know how to find leads, pitch a product, handle objections, close a sale, and follow up like a professional sales executive. Many of our current Sales Executives started exactly here.

What You Will Do

Week 1 — Learn the product inside out Understand what Verizol sells, who buys it, and why. Sit with the team, listen to live sales calls, learn the platform, and understand the pitch.

Week 2 onwards — Start calling Make outbound calls to leads provided by the team. Introduce Verizol, explain the product in simple terms, and book demo calls for the senior sales team.

Ongoing — Support live sales activity

  • Make 30 to 40 outbound calls per day
  • Send WhatsApp follow-ups to leads who showed interest
  • Maintain and update the lead tracker daily
  • Schedule demo calls for Sales Executives
  • Sit in on demo calls and learn how deals get closed
  • Help draft WhatsApp templates and follow-up messages
  • Support with data entry — updating CRM with call outcomes

Month 2 onwards — Take ownership Once comfortable, you will get your own small set of leads to manage end-to-end — from first call to payment link. Your conversions count towards your incentive.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any stream — BBA, B.Com, MBA, B.Tech, or similar)
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone — confident, clear communication in English and Hindi (Telugu is a bonus)
  • Willing to make calls every single day — this is a calling-heavy role
  • Basic computer skills — Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email

Good to Have

  • Any prior internship or part-time sales/telecalling experience
  • Interest in startups, business, or entrepreneurship
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (not mandatory — we will train you)

Not Required

  • No prior sales experience necessary — we train from scratch
  • No technical knowledge of MCA, GST, or company data needed — you will learn this in Week 1
Compensation and Incentives

Base stipend: ₹8,000/month

Performance incentive: ₹500 for every paid subscriber you convert (after the demo is handed off to a Sales Executive, both intern and SE get a share)

Example earning — Month 2: Base stipend ₹8,000 + 4 conversions × ₹500 = ₹10,000 for the month

Top-performing interns in their first 3 months have earned ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 including incentives.

Path After Internship

Strong performers get a direct offer for the Sales Executive role (₹15,000 to ₹27,000+/month with commissions) at the end of the internship — no separate interview process required. We promote from within wherever possible.
