Verizol is a B2B data intelligence platform that helps CA firms, agencies, NBFCs, and businesses find newly registered companies in India — the same day they incorporate — complete with director contact details. We are a fast-growing startup based in Hyderabad, building India's most comprehensive new-company intelligence platform.
About This InternshipThis is not a make tea and observe internship. From Week 1, you will be making real sales calls, talking to real CA firms and business owners, and contributing to actual revenue. If you want to learn how B2B sales actually works — not from a textbook, but on live calls — this is for you.
By the end of 3 months, you will know how to find leads, pitch a product, handle objections, close a sale, and follow up like a professional sales executive. Many of our current Sales Executives started exactly here.
What You Will DoWeek 1 — Learn the product inside out Understand what Verizol sells, who buys it, and why. Sit with the team, listen to live sales calls, learn the platform, and understand the pitch.
Week 2 onwards — Start calling Make outbound calls to leads provided by the team. Introduce Verizol, explain the product in simple terms, and book demo calls for the senior sales team.
Ongoing — Support live sales activity
Month 2 onwards — Take ownership Once comfortable, you will get your own small set of leads to manage end-to-end — from first call to payment link. Your conversions count towards your incentive.

Base stipend: ₹8,000/month
Performance incentive: ₹500 for every paid subscriber you convert (after the demo is handed off to a Sales Executive, both intern and SE get a share)
Example earning — Month 2: Base stipend ₹8,000 + 4 conversions × ₹500 = ₹10,000 for the month
Top-performing interns in their first 3 months have earned ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 including incentives.
What You Will LearnStrong performers get a direct offer for the Sales Executive role (₹15,000 to ₹27,000+/month with commissions) at the end of the internship — no separate interview process required. We promote from within wherever possible.
