This is a commission-only role with pre-qualified leads provided, meaning you focus purely on selling and closing deals no cold lead hunting.
Role Overview
As a Sales Intern, you will be the voice of
CareerElephant and its partners, engaging warm leads, building relationships, and converting interest into sales. You will gain real-world experience in sales strategy, negotiation, and client handling while earning commission on every successful deal.
Key Responsibilities
Dedicate 6 hours daily to sales and follow-up activities Call and email potential clients from our provided lead list
Understand client needs and present relevant solutions Sell services including career coaching, job placement, and recruitment solutions
Attend virtual meetings with prospects and the sales team
Follow up consistently until the deal is closed
Maintain accurate client interaction records in CRM/ tools

15%-20% commission per closed deal (no cap on earnings)

What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
(English fluency required)
Confident on phone calls and professional in email communication

With a 15%-20% commission rate per closed deal, high performers can secure substantial monthly payouts.
