Job Title: Inside Sales Intern + Database Generator

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Work Mode: Onsite (100%)

About Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Intern who will support the sales and business development team by building prospect databases, researching companies, and generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong internet research abilities, and an interest in B2B sales and market research. The candidate will be provided a full time Junior Inside Sales Representative opportunity once they perform well and show confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Lusha and Apollo.
  • Build and maintain accurate prospect lists with contact details such as company name, job title, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile, and company website.
  • Support lead generation campaigns for sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Identify potential business opportunities through market research and prospect analysis.
  • Update and organize CRM or spreadsheets with clean and verified data.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets and ideal customer profiles.
  • Assist in outbound outreach activities such as email campaigns and follow-ups when required.
  • Ensure database quality by validating and cleaning prospect information regularly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong internet research and analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Lusha, Apollo.io, Google Search, Excel, and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Interest in sales, business development, or market research.
  • Previous internship or project experience in lead generation is an added advantage.
