Role Description

This full-time on-site Sales Intern role is based in Central Delhi. The Sales Intern will support customer interactions, assist in driving sales, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, providing product information, and collaborating with the team on sales strategies and customer feedback. The role also involves learning about and supporting the training efforts related to sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address inquiries.
  • Basic to intermediate Sales and Sales Management abilities to support team objectives and drive business growth.
  • Willingness to participate in Training programs and adopt new sales strategies and tools.
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • An interest in wellness, sustainability, or the hemp industry is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
