Job Description
This job is provided by apna.co Support sales executives in lead generation and follow-up
Explain NBFC financial products (personal loans, business loans, consumer finance, etc.) to potential customers
Assist in customer onboarding and documentation
Conduct field visits / tele-sales to generate new business (depending on company policy)
Maintain customer records and update CRM or internal sales systems
Help in preparing and presenting sales reports, targets, and performance metrics
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing
Build relationships with channel partners, DSAs, retailers, or dealers
Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns
