Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the role of Sales Intern (Lead Generation). In this full-time, on-site role located in Pune, you will focus on identifying potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing relationships to drive growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential customers, structuring and delivering compelling outreach strategies, maintaining a database of prospects, and supporting the sales team with additional tasks. You will also provide assistance in training sessions and engage in developing solid customer relationships to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Sales and Sales Management to help in lead generation and sales support
  • Experience or ability to assist in training sessions is considered an advantage
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn with a proactive approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently enrolled in such a program)
  • Familiarity with CRM software or tools is a plus
