Job Description:
Technavious Solutions is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Intern to support our business development efforts in the Data Center and MEP Design Consulting domain. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in technical B2B sales, client engagement, and proposal development in a high-growth sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lead research and assist in qualifying prospects using online sources and CRM tools
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses, coordinating with technical teams
- Schedule and manage client meetings, prepare meeting briefs, and document action points
- Perform market analysis, track competitor activity, and summarize findings for the sales team
- Maintain CRM data, follow-up records, and update the sales pipeline status
- Support social media and digital outreach for lead generation campaigns
- Participate in product/service training, internal sales reviews, and client demo sessions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or completed BBA / MBA (Marketing, Business Development, Strategy or related fields)
- Background in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) is a strong advantage, though not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM software
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand technical concepts
