Apollo Cash is our digital personal loan app designed to provide fast, seamless access to credit entirely through a mobile journey.

The Role

This internship is designed for students and recent graduates who want to break into fintech or high-growth startups.

We are looking for high-energy Sales Interns who will engage directly with borrowers to help them complete their loan journey and access credit smoothly while generating insights that improve the product.

This is not a traditional tele-calling internship.

You will act as the human interface of a digital lending product converting incomplete applications, re-engaging existing borrowers, and uncovering why customers drop off or hesitate. Your observations will directly inform Product, Risk, Growth, and Collections teams.

If you are persuasive, analytical, empathetic, and comfortable speaking to customers throughout the day, this role offers strong learning and real business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers who have initiated but not completed the Apollo Cash loan journey
  • Guide borrowers through KYC, bank linking, eligibility checks, documentation, and app navigation
  • Support conversion of incomplete applications into successful loan disbursals
  • Reconnect with existing customers for repeat loans or re-activation where relevant
  • Identify and document reasons for drop-offs, hesitation, or non-conversion
  • Capture structured customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate call records and outcomes in CRM/dialer systems
  • Handle inbound interest and queries when required
  • Follow compliant, customer-friendly calling practices

What We're Looking For

  • Final-year students or recent graduates from any discipline
  • Candidates looking to build a career in fintech, startups, sales, or operations
  • Strong communicators in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus)
  • Confidence speaking with customers with a persuasive, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Basic analytical thinking able to notice patterns in conversations
  • Target-driven attitude with high ownership and integrity

Bonus if you have:

  • Prior internship experience in sales, customer service, or startups
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems
  • Exposure to digital onboarding or KYC processes
